    Responsibilities Achieving future emission and immission limits requires innovative exhaust gas aftertreatment systems, the core component of which is a catalytic converter system. Despite ongoing electrification in the automotive sector, it can be assumed that in the off-road sector, more than half of all vehicles, ships, and stationary engines will still be powered by internal combustion engines by 2050, albeit with a diverse mix of fuels. We see this diversification as a great opportunity for our company to continue growing in the future. Thanks to our extensive know-how and the products we have already developed and successfully established on the market in the field of exhaust gas aftertreatment, we, as a medium-sized company, are in a position to successfully develop and market the customized catalyst technologies required for future applications. If you share this view and are looking for a responsible position with plenty of entrepreneurial freedom in the field of exhaust aftertreatment, you should apply to us. You will work together with an interdisciplinary and highly motivated team to further grow our company by implementing innovative concepts for exhaust gas purification.     Profile You are a scientist, engineer, technician, or have completed comparable training and have several years of professional experience in the field of exhaust gas aftertreatment or environmental catalysis. You enjoy taking on responsibility and are known for your independent and structured approach to work. You enjoy helping to shape a company and not just implementing the given strategy.
